The property is ideally located on the ever popular community of Westbury which is just of Highway 27 near to I-4 Junction.

All of the major attractions are within easy access with Disney 15 mins away just off Highway 192.

The property itself has a living room family room laundry room and kitchen. All of the 4 bedrooms have ample closet space.

Outside there is a large covered porch leading to a pool and deck area consisting of the 28 x 14 heated pool

Our vacation home sleeps 8 people, with two en-suite bedrooms with Queen size beds, then there’s another double bedroom and a twin for the kids. All with walk in closets and an extra full bathroom just for good measure. If you’re party is bigger than 8 then there’s a double sofa bed in the lounge area to increase capacity to ten.

There’s a full laundry room with large washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, so when you return home there’s no need for all that laundry to prevent you from showing off your pictures.

Off the laundry room is the games room with pool table, air-hockey and fuss ball.

There’s free WiFi access throughout the home and all local telephone calls are free.

The kitchen is complete with all utensils you could need for cooking or baking and includes an electric mixer and large built in microwave.

The south-facing pool deck, is oversized and has all loungers tables and chairs you may need for outside dining by the floodlit poolside.

Back inside, the air-conditioning helps you keep a cool head away from the sun.

Close by, you will find all you need to keep you occupied and your stomach full with such places as Target, Staples, One Million Books, Wall-Mart, Publix, Best Buy, Pet Smart and Belke to name but a few.

Then, if you’re dining you have a Fish & Chip shop, two all you can eat Chinese buffet's several take out Pizza parlours and Indian cuisine, Mexican outlets, Perkins Diner, an English Pub with US, UK and many European beers, Wendy’s, MacDonalds, Bob Evans, several filling stations, a 7-11 and tons more all within a 3 to 5 min drive.

The nearest golf course is approx 2 min drive but there are so many around, you will be spoiled for choice.

If you want to venture just a little further then there is a new, purpose built visitor centre that can advise you on all the attractions, where you may find Alligators and scenes of local interest, helicopter flights, fishing, water sports, horse riding etc.

We are situated approx 15mins from the gates of Disney, Seaworld, Aquatica, Discovery Cove, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and more, where you can spend your time swimming with dolphins, splashing around in the many water parks, watching the animals laze in the sun, take in a show, such as the pirates dinner dance, or perhaps dine out at the many restaurants in Downtown Disney, where you can watch them hand roll cigars, call in at the Harley Davison shop and many other themed shops bars, nightclubs and shows. Maybe visit the huge Virgin Megastore where you can leave your luggage for the return flight with Virgin Atlantic.

Our home is conveniently located in Davenport, just outside Kissimee, and just a skip to the I4 on route 27, where you can reach the Gulf coast and the likes of St Pete’s or Clearwater Beach in a little over an hour, or, should you want the East coast then again, you’re probably a little over an hour from Daytona and Cocoa Beach, the Kennedy Space Centre and all the east coast has to offer.
